INSURANCE

We offer the following choice of insurance : CDTW - collision damage and theft waiver and excess waiver.

Should the hirer opt to accept Excess Waiver, no insurance excess will be charged subject to the hirer not having breached any conditions of the agreement.  It does not cover theft or damage to the vehicle due to negligence by the Hirer or authorised drivers, collision with stationary objects or vehicles or while travelling on dirt roads or conditions that are not suitable for the vehicle.  Damaged or stolen tyres, wheel rims, hub caps, radios and glass will be replaced at the cost of the Hirer regardless of the insurance cover accepted.

LIMITATIONS OF USE

The vehicle may not be driven further than 500 km from Cape Town without prior authorisation in writing.

INSURANCE EXCESS

The applicable excess will apply in the event of damage to the vehicle or theft, howsoever caused.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

All vehicles are hired subject to our Standard Conditions and these are subject to change without notice.
